In a simple extraction procedure, firstly the dentist will make sure the tooth and the surrounding areas become numb. Then the dentist uses an instrument called the elevator to loosens the tooth. The tissue that supports teeth and holds teeth will be broken down by the elevator. The last, using a pair of forceps the teeth will be pulled out easily by our a highly trained dentist. Last but not least, to stop the bleeding our dentist will put gauze over the socket and ask you to bite down on it.
